Our Process

Our process is straightforward, honest, and completely hassle free.

The first step is to complete our online credit application form, located here.  This provides us with the information needed to begin exploring your options.  If, for any reason you don't feel comfortable completing a credit application online, we would be happy to complete it in person on the phone - whichever you prefer.  Please call us at 604-980-2411.

The second step is to submit your details to our network of financial institutions in order to provide you with the best possible interest rate and options.  After this step is completed, we are able to let you know exactly what your options are.

The third, and most important step, is to gather a list of possible vehicles that would fit your needs and price range from our dealer direct inventory.  This stop can also be completed before any credit applications are filled out, but our experience has shown us that it is best to establish a specific price range prior to viewing any vehilces.

The fourth step is the easiest of all.  It's you, driving away in your safe, reliable, affordable, clean and safety inspected vehicle.

The fifth and most important step that sets us apart from our competition exists due to the fact that we actually care about our customers.  After you drive away in your new vehicle, we will continue to follow up with you in order to ensure your satisfaction and answer any questions that may arise.  When the time is right, you may consider coming back to refinance your loan to achieve an even lower interest rate that what was available at the time of purchase.  This greatly helps to establish or re-establish your credit standing.  It's these small differences that clearly separate us from our competitors; we will not let you leave dissatisfied, we will not abandon you once you've driven away, and we will work hard for your business.
